Our business model is based on the research & development and sales of plastic recycling systems and components. From time to time we require personal data in order to provide our services. When handling personal data, EREMA Group GmbH as a whole and its affiliated companies always take into account the legislation of the country in which the data is processed. We collect and process data about you in the following cases
  • When you contact us directly, e.g. via our website (contact form), via our customer service team, e.g. if you are interested in our products or if you have another matter to discuss or if you contact us at an event (trade fairs)
  • If you buy or have bought products directly from us
  • If you purchase services directly from us (e.g. after sales service)
  • If you reply to one of our direct marketing activities, e.g. if you complete a response card or if you submit your data online on a landing page
  • If you apply for an advertised position, an apprenticeship or an internship on our job portal. For legal reasons, the data from your application will be stored for 7 months and then deleted by us. At your express request, we will keep the data of your application on file for 15 months.
Microsoft Clarity Privacy Policy 

We use the web analytics software Microsoft Clarity for our website. The service provider is the American company Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA. Microsoft processes data from you, among others, also in the USA.

Additionally, Microsoft uses so-called standard contractual clauses (Art. 46, para. 2 and 3 GDPR). Through the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the standard contractual clauses, Microsoft undertakes to comply with European data protection standards when processing your relevant data, even if the data is stored, processed, and managed in the USA. Collection and processing of personal data when visiting EREMA Group GmbH websites

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics , a web analytics service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, hereinafter referred to as "Google", on our website. The information generated by these cookies, for example the time, place and frequency of your website visit including your IP address is sent to Google in the USA where it is saved. Conversion tracking with the Facebook pixel:

We use Facebook's "visitor action pixel" on our website. This allows the behavior of users to be tracked after they have clicked on an ad on Facebook. We use this to evaluate ads for statistical and market research purposes and to optimize future advertising measures.

Meta Platforms does not provide us with any personal data. At the same time, the data is stored and processed by Meta Platforms to connect website visits to the respective user profile. Meta Platforms may use this data for its own advertising purposes in accordance with the Meta Platforms Data Usage Policy. The consent for this usage lies within the area of Meta Platforms and cannot be influenced by us.

Facebook Custom Audiences and Remarketing:

We use "Custom Audience", a remarketing function of Meta Platforms, on our website. Formation of target groups through homepage interaction: In order to carry out the functions of "Custom Audience" we have implemented the "Remarketing Pixel" from Meta Platforms on our website. Using this pixel, the content of our website that you have visited is transmitted in encrypted form to the meta server. Meta Platforms associates this information with your personal account.

Formation of target groups by file upload to Meta Platforms: If you have given your consent, we also use the “Custom Audiences from File” meta function. In this case, for example, e-mail addresses of customers or newsletter recipients are uploaded to Meta-Platforms in encrypted form, sorted according to target groups.

By using these functions, we want to ensure that our offers are only displayed to users who are interested in our information and services.

Legal basis of the General Data Protection Regulation

In accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which comes into effect on 25 May 2018 we hereby inform you that consent with regard to the sending of email addresses is based on Art. 6(1)(a), 7 GDPR and § 7(2)(3) and Para. 3 UWG (Austrian Act Against Unfair Competition).
