We are aware of our social responsibility and our responsibility towards each person we are close to. This includes our employees, customers and suppliers. We are now working in small groups from different divisions of the EREMA Group on specific goals and measures relating to how we can drive positive development in each division.

Employees

We are a strong and reliable employer. It is important to us to maintain this function and create a positive working environment for our employees. In doing so, we deal with topics such as fair pay, family and work balance, diversity and equality, attractive training and learning opportunities, occupational safety, and health protection.

Our customers

We can support our customers in their decisions and actions by providing transparent, reliable and honest information. In doing so, we want to continuously assess and, if necessary, improve the available information about our machines, technologies and services as well as the corresponding communication channels.

Our suppliers

The EREMA Group Code of Conduct describes the principles of conduct that apply to the entire group of companies and as a result forms the basis for legally compliant, sustainable and ethically correct action. Responsibility, a focus on our customers and solutions, and appreciation form the basis for our cooperation with customers, suppliers and business partners. Compliance with these values and the Code of Conduct is mandatory for our management, team leaders and employees as well as for our suppliers and business partners. In the further development of our supplier audits, we have already identified potential for improving partnerships with our suppliers.
